Nordlignum Properties

Nordlignum Fastighetsförvaltning AB is a wholly owned subsidiary to Nordlignum AB and is a company administrating the facilities of the Nordlignum group. Our office facilities are nicely situated at 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Umeå. A major part of the building is at the disposal of the Nordlignum group and the remainder is let out to external companies.

The real estate company also owns two terminal buildings at the west side of Umeå. These terminals are used mainly by AB Nordprotekt for storing goods and for the drivers to rest and/or re-load goods on their vehicles. Some of the premises are rented out to external companies.
